Loyalty Bonus Points (Terms)

EXCLUSIONS

Redemption (discount) Loyalty Bonus Points not possible on reservations, adoption scheme, various Club articles, offers and/or if, for example, discounts are granted during promotions.

Redemption only possible by the person to whom the Bonus Loyalty Points are registered (If applicable, only by the first person listed (of the Bonus Loyalty Points account).

The Bonus Loyalty Points scheme expires with promotions, Loyality Bonus Points cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Club items, annual reports, club members packages.
- If a discount is given on the purchase, such as with (promotional) vouchers etc

VALIDITY

No Bonus Points are issued for reservations, adoption, orders, etc. if payment is not made within a standard 30 days.

Loyality Bonus Points expire upon adoption, reservations, orders, etc. if the (agreed) payment term(s) are exceeded and/or the item(s) are not purchased in time.

Registered Bonus Loyalty Points are not transferable.

If in the case of adoption, orders, etc., the (agreed) payment term(s) are exceeded and/or the relevant item(s) are not purchased in time, Friends II Hold On may decide to cancel the validity of the full number of Bonus Points.

Standard validity applies unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing by Friends II Hold On.

VGTB/Friends II Hold On is entitled to exclude customers from this arrangement / service without stating reasons.


Friends II Hold On will normally inform all participants who have reached (the maximum) number of 1000 Loyality Bonus Points once a year.
